Over 10 years ago with just one simple goal in mind, Mixed Greens was born. Our core values that we began with, continue to drive us today: "Great clean food, prepared fresh to order, and at a great value". In 2015 we opened up our second location on Rt 520 in Marlboro N.J. with plans to open several more across the New Jersey area.
